The Polymer Paving System ® (DG PPS) combines our liquid polymer with your soil or aggregate to build strong, durable load-bearing surfaces (pedestrian or vehicular traffic). This proven road building technique is a cost effective and environment friendly alternative to traditional road building methods.
The patented DG PPS methodology uses three products:
- TerraDRY (TD) for making subgrades hydrophobic
- DirtGlue®polymer (DGp) for bonding native soil and aggregate
- PolyCure (PC) for increased bonding strength and accelerated polymer curing time
Once the subgrade and the road surface have been properly prepared using these products, the road is then graded, crowned and compacted to create a smooth, tight surface that resists erosion and traffic shear.
